在校大学生工作经验积累模式研究

高校扩招带来一系列连锁反应，其中之一便是就业买方市场的形成凸显就业门槛的提高，用工单位提出工作经验的普遍要求，成为大学生就业路上强劲的拦路虎。市场拒绝期货显露当代大学生的尴尬“短板”，如何使在校大学生积累工作经验成为当代高等教育亟待解决的难题。为此，在初步试点的基础上，提出了一套在校大学生工作经验积累模式，即从分阶段的职业规划教育与见习，职业社会导师的配置，分层次的实习基地建设，以及实施实战实习的控制指导机制四方面出发，为大学生就业开辟有效路径。

Study on the Accumulation Mode of College Students＇ Work Experience

The college expansion leads to a series of chain reactions, one of which is that the buyer＇s market of occupation enlarges the difficulty for college students to obtain employment. Employers put forward the common requirement of work experience, which becomes an obstacle in the way of taking up an occupation. College students without work experience, similar to the futures in the financial market, are embarrassed for being rejected by em- ployment market. It is an urgent difficult problem for modern higher education to resolve how to improve the accumulation of college students＇ work experience. We establish a suit of accumulation mode of college students＇ work experience based on the preliminary experiment, trying to achieve such goals as making the employment aims of college students gradually transparent, fostering the core practical ability of work, dynamic communica- tion between the college and the employment market, the society making up for the inadequacy of college teaching, and shortening the socially adapting period of college students, as to lay an efficient path to college students＇ employment.
