摘    要:笔者在对中小学生同伴关系各成分的特征、功能总结基础上,分析了同伴关系对学校适应的影响:良好的同伴关系对学校适应的各个方面有着积极的促进作用;由于友谊与同伴接纳在功能上存在差别,二者对学校适应各方面的影响略有不同。此外,从家庭和学校两个方面,讨论了同伴关系对教育的启示。

Abstract:Basing on summarizing the component of the peer relationship of the characterfunction,the impact of the peer relationship on the school adjustment is discussed as follows:good peer relationship can enhance every aspect of the school adjustment;because of the difference of the function between friendship and peer acceptance,their impact on the aspect of the school adjustment is little different.In addition,the inspiration of the peer relationship to education is discussed from the family and school.
