| 摘 要： | 在高校师资队伍建设工作中坚持"以人为本"的原则,就是要尊重教师、关心教师、重视教师的需要与发展,热心为教师服务,促进教师队伍整体素质的全面提高,充分发挥教师的工作主动性、创造性,为学校的教学质量、办学水平的不断提高多做贡献。

| Abstract: | We must stick to the principle of putting people first in building theteaching contingent in colleges. We must respect teachers, take care of them and pay attention to the teacher's needs and development, and serve the teacherswarmheartedly in order to improve the quality of teaching contingent in an all-round. We should also bring the initiatives and creativeness of the teachers into full play and make greater contributions to the improvement of teaching quality and the school-running capabilities . |
