| 摘 要： | 中国传统儒家认为“民惟邦本”,重民、爱民、利民,这与西方民主在政治理念上所坚持的“主权在民”、人人平等是有明显区别的。文章从概念的界定入手,对中国传统民本与西方民主的主体内涵、享有民权和实现方式作多角度比较,阐释两者的差异,并试图寻求中国传统民本与西方民主的暗合与会通。

| Abstract: | The Chinese traditional Confucianism think that people are the Nation's base.The opinion of valuing people,loving people and benefiting people is obvious distinct to "sovereignty at people" and "everyone is equal" which are insisted by the western democracy in political principle.Commencing from the defining of the concept,This text compares the corpus content of the Chinese traditional opinion "Basing Nation on People" and the west democracy,and possessing the people's rights and carrying out the way in many view angles,explains the difference of them,and tries to look for the hidden match and meeting between the Chinese traditional opinion "Basing Nation on people" and the west democracy. |
