| 摘 要： | 以滇池流域可持续发展为研究对象,就昆明信息港＂彩龙论坛＂上的网络公众对拓宽公众参与渠道治理滇池持何观点及观点的强弱进行实证研究,采用专家打分法进行评分,并结合AHP法对观点的强弱权重进行计算,根据观点的权重画出了公众对拓宽公众参与渠道治理滇池观点的强度曲线图,得出网络公众对拓宽公众参与渠道治理滇池持一定的赞同态度。

| Abstract: | The paper makes the sustainable development of Dianchi Lake Basin as a research objective and carries on the empirical study for the public opinion and the strength of the opinion for broaden public participation in the control of the pollution in Dianchi Lake at the ＂Dragon Forum＂of Kunming information port,and adopts expert scoring method,combines AHP method,to calculates the strength of the point of view weight.According to the weight of opinion and draws the public＇s opinion graph of public participation channel management for Dianchi Lake view＇s strength,draws the conclusion that the public in the internet have certain degree favorable attitude for broaden public participation at the treatment of the pollution in Dianchi Lake. |
