基层档案编研工作浅议

档案编研工作,是档案馆基础建设工作中的一项重要内容,是档案馆开发信息资源,对外开放的一个窗口,是主动服务社会的主要途径。因此,基层档案馆必须提高对档案编研工作的作用、意义及其必要性的再认识,克服不足,加大宏观调控力度,培养一支精干、高效的档案编研工作队伍,改进编研方法,提高档案编研作品的质量,配合党的中心工作,主动服务于国家经济建设。
