论饭店业学生员工资源的开发和利用

人力和人才是制约饭店发展的瓶颈。“学生员工”因其高素质、厚理论而成为饭店人力资源开发的重要对象。文章通过对“学生员工”的优势和不足以及饭店在使用“学生员工”中存在问题的分析 ,以广州白天鹅宾馆为例 ,提出了合理开发、利用这一重要资源的方法和途径。

Student Employees: An Indispensable Human Resource in Hotels

The problem of manpower and talents is the bottleneck that restricts the development of a hotel. And student employees, because of their high quality and profound knowledge, are becoming the target of human resources in hotels. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of student employees and of the problems in the process of engaging them, this thesis puts forward the rational ways of exploiting and utilizing this important resource, taking White Swan Hotel in Guangzhou as an example.
