| 摘 要： | 网络经济是在20世纪末伴随新技术革命发展起来的经济形态。文章通过对其内涵的解析提出了广义的网络经济的定义,在此基础上分析了网络经济与知识经济、网络经济与信息经济的关系,并进一步从本质上阐释了网络经济不是泡沫经济的观点。
