国际制度和国际合作是新自由制度主义的核心命题。国际制度的特点内在地决定了它具有解决国际争端,协调国际关系,促成国际合作的积极作用。国际制度是指向人类未来和谐发展的必由之路和现实选择。尽管在现实中,国际制度还表现出明显的不足。但是,这些不是否定国际制度作用的理由,而是为国际制度的完善指明了方向。国际社会经由国际制度实现合作进而达到和谐的发展前景是乐观的。

From "Cooperation" to "Harmon": The Trend of International Institutions'''' Role

International institution and international cooperation are the key topics of Neo-Liberal Institutionalism. The characteristics of international institution inherently decide its positive role in solving international conflicts, coordinating international relations and contributing to international cooperation. Thus, international institution is the necessary way and correct choice to harmonic development of human in the future. Although in reality, there are obvious shortcomings of international institutions, and there are not reasons of denying international institution's role, yet correct directions have been pointed out to perfect it. The prospect of international community's developing from cooperation to harmony by means of international institutions is consequently optimistic.
