| 摘 要： | 我国的债转股工作已经取得了一定成绩,但也暴露了诸多问题企业"赖账"思想严重;债转股只是权宜之计,深化国企与金融改革才是长久之计;债转股划转,出售价格会对股市产生"稀释"效应;财务状况的改善,并不意味着企业效益的真正提高.

| Abstract: | The work about loan-transferred stock in china has been successful to some degree,but at the same time showed many problems Among them the idea of repudicating debts is deep and seriony.loan-transferred program is only a method for the time geing.Deepening national enterprises and reforming finance system are long-term method.By adjusting the value of stocks,the price on sale will make the stockmarket weak.Improvement of financial doesn't mean the improvement of profit. |
