建立高等教育人才评价模式的有效性探讨

摘    要:在我国高校教学改革已全方位展开的今天,人才评价模式的改革严重滞后并制约着高校的教学改革。传统的人才评价模式存在重知识轻能力、重定量轻定性、重主体轻客体等弊端,因此,必须通过转变教师的授课观、学生的学习观、学校的考核观等方式转变教育观念,提高高等教育人才评价模式的有效性。同时,还可以通过评价内容多元化、评价方式全面化、评价标准分层化等措施,建立健全人才评价机制,保障人才评价模式的有效性。
