| Abstract: | Since reform and opening up,over the past 30 years,the CPC has greatly advanced the system reformation of administrative management with respect to governments and their functions,the relationship between central and local governments and the personnel system.Sorting out the theoretical context from the above aspects will help to grasp the major trend of this reform,to broaden the macroscopical view of institutional reform and to establish the modern system of the administrative management. |
