The balanced development is the new trend of the modern compulsory education.At the present time,the education of North Korea ethnic faces unprecedented rigorous challenges.They are,such as decreasing student source,lacking of educational budget,increasing children from single parent family,more stay-in student,discontinuing of school,transferring to schools of Han,etc.The keystone of basic education is in countryside,so is the difficulty.
