| 摘 要： | 企业产生是一个在很大范围内被广泛讨论的问题,众多学者对于该问题有着不同的解释.但这些解释却存在着相当程度上的共性,包括方法论上个人主义、个人利益最大化假设与效率逻辑的解释方法.以这些共性分析为基础,本文得出了一个对企业产生问题进行解释的基于"激励"的综合理论框架.

| Abstract: | Emergence of enterprise is the issue which is discussed in a huge bound;many scholars have the different explanation on the issue.There are several similarities among these explanations, including individualism on methodology,hypothesis of maximum individual value and explanation method of efficiency logic.With the analyses of the similarities,the article gets an integrated academic frame on the issue based onincent. |
