| 摘 要： | 充分保障知识受众的合法权益,是图书馆法立法的首要目的。文章站在知识受众角度简要分析了知识受众的合法权益,并对如何以立法的形式维护知识受众的合法权益提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The full safeguard knowledge audiences' legitimate rights and interests is the most important goal of libraries' legislation.The article analysis the knowledge audiences' legitimate rights and interests on the view of knowledge audiences,and proposed the suggestion on how to protect audiences' legitimate rights and interests through legislation form. |
