| Abstract: | Because of the multi-levels and multi-structures of the economic and social development in western ethnic areas,the development of such areas into affluent ones must be different. Based on the field studies of 3 ethnic counties and thorough analysis of the foundations of economic structure and key element of the economic growth of ethnic areas,this article puts forward the countermeasures and various modes for making such areas affluent. |
