| 摘 要： | 权力可能被滥用的问题,有着文化、制度和思想等方面的根源。在我国现今,社会上非常严重地存在着某些国家公职人员为谋求个人的利益,违反或偏离公共职责、滥用公共职权的现象。我国应该在思想、政治、经济、体制以及刑罚惩罚等方面进行综合规制。

| Abstract: | Owing to culture,system and ideology,power might be abused.Nowadays in our society some certain civil servants violate or deviate public duty,and abuse official power in order to seek personal gain.Unfortunately such situation becomes worse and worse.Therefore our country should make a comprehensive regulation on it from the following aspect as ideology,politics,economy and criminal punishment etc. |
