舆论监督的社会基础及其建构

媒体的舆论监督部分地满足了人们对日渐强大的利益集团、权力集团予以监督制衡的社会需求,开始回归最符合新闻规律和社会规律的轨道。舆论监督的社会基础主要体现在社会心理、法律、社会效率等三方面,故而当务之急是帮助人们确认媒体的舆论监督本能,求得全体社会成员观念上的认同和行为上的支持,及早出台《新闻法》,着实提高舆论监督的社会影响力。
