| 摘 要： | 蒙古古代婚姻家庭制度的设立,基础在于当时的社会经济发展的需要。在漫长的历史长河当中,蒙古人民创造出了具有独特民族风格的风俗习惯,并通过制定法的形式加以固定。早在蒙古古代的婚姻家庭制度中,现代意义的婚姻家庭法的基本原则已经有所体现,可以说,蒙古古代婚姻制度为现代文明时期的婚姻制度的设立、完善起到了应有的贡献。

| Abstract: | Mongolia, the establishment of the ancient marriage and family system, based on the prevailing socio-economic development. In the long history among the Mongolian people and created a unique national style customs, and through the development of law in the form to be fixed. Early marriage and family in Mongolia, the ancient system, modern sense of the basic principles of family law has been reflected, can be said that the Mongolian ancient institution of marriage during the marriage of modern civilization and the establishment of the system, improve the play its due contribution. |
