高校教学团队建设与学科专业发展关系探究——以内蒙古民族大学“世界史”国家级教学团队为例

长期以来,学科发展中存在的弊端阻碍了我国高等教育的发展。高校教学团队建设是高等教育改革的重要举措。在对高校教学团队建设的总结中发现,如何充分发挥教学团队在高校教育体系中的作用,以及协调教学团队与其他环节的关系,特别是高校教学团队建设与学科专业发展的关系,成为迫切需要回答的问题。教学团队通过优化教育资源、优化年龄、职称和知识结构,推动高等教育改革的发展,教学团队建设有其现实的必要性。同时,教学团队建设在教师队伍培养、教学改革、凝练专业特色和带动其他专业发展等方面推动了学科专业的发展。只有实现高校教学团队建设与学科专业建设的协调发展,才能将我国的高等教育改革不断推向深入。

Research on Relationship between the Building of Teaching Teams and the Development of Disciplines
