东西方融合:社会工作服务的专业化和本土化

社会工作专业服务包含能力建设、心理调适和社会支持三个基本纬度,由于内部心理与外部环境、个人与他人的截然分割,社会工作专业服务的这三个基本纬度处于相互割裂的状态。六七十年代兴起的超个人心理学和超个人社会工作以及随后开展的有关灵性的研究,为整合三个基本纬度提供了新的理论视角。但它们缺乏清晰、一致的理论假设,欲达到完美的整合仍有一段距离。现引入中国哲学的"天人合一"的思想,可以为社会工作专业服务三个基本纬度的整合提供基本的理论框架,它将使西方专业化的社会工作与中国本土的文化产生有机结合。

Meeting of East and West: A Research on Specialization and Contextualization of Social Work Services

The professional social work service involves three fundamental aspects.They are: what kind of social work service is delivered,how it works,and how to sustain its effect.They interconnect each other,and constitute the three basic dimensions of professional social work service.Splitting of inner and outer,self and others,based on the principles of positivism,keeps the three basic dimensions in separation and handicaps the improvement of social work specialization.In the 1960s and 1970s the increasing studies of transpersonal psychology,transpersonal social work,and following-up spirituality show that human beings have trans-consciousness.This offers a new perspective to integrate the three basic dimensions of the professional social work service In order to provide a coherent theoretical framework to synthesize the three basic dimensions,the author introduces the Chinese philosophical principle of "oneness of humans and heaven" as the theoretical framework to combine the West professional social work service with Chinese culture so as to enhance social work service specialization and contextualization.
