| 摘 要： | 特色栏目是高校学报的生命力与价值所在。学报特色栏目的形成、稳定和持续发展离不开编辑的思维创新。最大程度地发挥编辑个体和编辑群体的思维创造性 ,使特色栏目形成品牌效应、名牌效应是特色栏目建设的理想境界 ,也是学报应追求的目标之一
