| 摘 要： | 从观念、体制、待遇、财政四个方面分析了河北省大学生新农村就业的制约因素,阐述了在新农村建设的初始阶段大学生就业方式多样化的必要性和可行性,着重对多样化就业的具体形式进行了探讨,提出了鼓励创业性就业、吸引志愿者服务、开展各种形式联合共建等五种建议.
