| 摘 要： | 基于对大学生管理失效的分析，认为大学生管理主体应当是具有非正式组织特点、以班级为单位的自组织管理系统，从而得出适合的管理模式应是大学生组阁制班委自组织管理模式。在此基础上，进一步对该模式的设讨思想、组阁机制设计、团队设计以及管理机制的组织文化管理、目标管理、绩效管理等进行了详细的设计与阐述。最后通过实验方法证明，组阁制班委自组织管理模式相对于传统管理模式具有明显优势，尤其长期优越性更加显著。
