试论组织学习与高校组织生命力

摘    要:组织学习理论是当前学术界和管理领域探讨的前沿课题。它改变了人们长期以来把个人作为学习主体的认知方式,更前所未有地拓展与深化了学习的内涵意义。运用组织学习理论,构建学习型高校,既是时代发展变化的客观要求,也是高校组织克服自身缺陷、应对发展挑战、实现发展目标的现实需要。当前,我国高校可以从如下几方面着手构建学习型组织:更新领导观念与学习观念;坚持和完善既有的学习方式;借鉴"五项修炼"要求组织开展"学习型团队"、"学习型机关"和"学习型学院"建设。
