| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，闽台高等教育交流与合作的频率越来越高，重心下移。普通教师参与交流与合作的机会增多，两岸高校相互招生及联合培养人才的梦想成为现实。但是闽台高等教育交流与合作也存在许多问题。两岸学历互认的阻力仍然很大，领导参访多，实质性合作少。交流与合作中大陆高校向台湾学习与引进的单向性特征显著。应改变功利主义价值取向，促进闽台高等教育交流与合作向纵深发展。
