| 摘 要： | 高校内部审计从无到有,二十多年来取得了一定的成绩,但是与新形势下高等学校的发展还不相适应。本文认为高校内部审计的本质就是高校经济活动的＂免疫系统＂,基于此,分析了高校内部审计工作的现状,并提出了加强高校内部审计工作的建议。

| Abstract: | The internal audit of university has made some achievements,but it also does not adapt to the new situation and development of the institutions of higher education.This paper argues that college internal audit is,in essence,university of economic activities and immune system,based on this,analyzes the present situation of university auditing work,and puts forward suggestions to strengthen the interior auditing. |
