摘    要:"果蔬加工工艺学"是食品科学与工程专业中一门应用性很强的课程,为培养适应社会发展、具有综合素质的果蔬加工人才,我们在教学方法和模式上进行了探讨。在教学实践中,我们通过多角度激发学生学习兴趣,改变传统教学模式、更新教学内容、改革考核方式及注重运用教学情感等方法进行课程教改尝试,收到了良好的教学效果。
