| 摘 要： | 在翻译学科迅猛发展和翻译人才培养体系段益完善的今天，翻译能力成为翻译教学的重要目标。文章探讨了翻译能力的构成内容和影响因素，提出应借助翻译教学各环节的合力，改进教学内容、优化课程设置、调整教学方法和手段、改善师资队伍结构，实现科学专业的翻译能力培养。
