| 摘 要： | 在对比和分析英汉商务合同文体特征的差异的基础上,提出英语商务合同的翻译方法。同时指出,为了进行准确、得体的英语商务合同翻译,促进日益频繁的对外商务活动的顺利进行,译者必须准确把握英汉商务合同在文体特征上的差异,并且在翻译中运用恰当的方法。
