摘    要:实践育人是课堂教学的重要补充,是全新的育人模式。要真正实现理论灌输与理论引导、显性教育与隐性教育、封闭教育与开放教育相结合,就离不开教育主体与教育客体之间的交互转换。本文从当代大学生主体性特征分析出发,阐述了构建实践育人模式的必要性和可行性,进而提出构建实践育人模式的原则和要求。
