| 摘 要： | 马克思从《黑格尔法哲学批判》到《共产党宣言》,逐渐梳理了市民社会理论的发展轨迹,阐明了市民社会的主体在市民社会中所拥有的权利、竞争、平等、创新精神,指出市民社会作为一种重要的力量与政治国家的互动作用,这为我国建构和谐社会提供了理论支撑。在我国社会主义市场经济条件下,在马克思市民社会理论视域内建构当代中国市民社会具有重要意义。
