| 摘 要： | 高等教育资源的配置受到区域经济、文化、科技发展水平的制约和引导,东、中、西部三大地带经济发展的梯度差,使得高等教育资源各要素的经济属性明显,非均衡性成为中国高等教育发展的一个重要特征。通过分析高教资源要素在三大区域分布特点,提出高教资源合理配置建议。
