市场经济条件下的利润和伦理

在重义轻利的传统文化背景下建立市场主体追求利润最大化的社会主义市场经济体制本身就是个矛盾。这个矛盾是根本对立的还是可以调和的以及如何调和这个矛盾是文章试图阐述的问题。一方面市场经济的利润追求排斥了伦理、导致了道德风险;另一方面伦理的存在减轻了市场上的交易成本,因此寻求利润和伦理的和谐是市场经济的发展路径。

Profit and ethics in the market economy

It is a contradiction to establish the socialist market economy system in which the market subjects pursue maximum profit with the background of traditional culture of valuing ethics and ignoring profit.This paper attempts to explain whether this contradiction is opposite or can be reconciled.On the one hand, pursuing profit in the market economy excludes ethics and leads to moral risks, on the other hand ethics lessens the trade costs in the market,thus searching for harmony between profit and ethics is the way of market economy's development.
