| 摘 要： | 通过对西方国家的国家公园在发展过程中，所体现出自然价值观的不断转变历程背景回顾，以及在规划思想方法上演变过程，结合我国风景名胜区规划管理的现状，分析指出目前国内在缺乏环境伦理研究的情况下，风景区的规划和管理存在的问题，最终希望唤起各界对自然价值观多样性研究的重视．

| Abstract: | This thesis gives a background retrospect of the developing course of transition of environmental values embodied in national parks of some west countries, and introduces the concepts on changes in planning. It also points out the existing problems of planning and management in Chinese scenic spots, including the lack of theoretical research of environmental ethics,hoping to arouse the attention of all circles to the study in the diversity of the environmental values in Chinese scenic spots. |
