| 摘 要： | 移动支付产业的双边市场性质是分析移动支付协作模式的基础。从产业链结构来看，移动支付产业具有两个双边平台。这使得移动支付产业环节间的关系更为复杂。与其他支付产业相比，移动支付除具有显著的网络外部性外，还有可能改变传统银行卡支付的盈利模式，并呈现寡头垄断的市场结构。
