| Abstract: | "The strategy of prospering the country" and "the general plan for administering the country" are dialectic in united character.We must recognize the dialectic unity between them deeply,and embody the unity into practice everytime,everywhere,everybody and everything.Only by doing this,can the scientific development views be carried out to construct a harmonious socialist society. |
