| 摘 要： | 未来战争是以信息技术为主导的军事技术的较量。军事技术自主创新是军事变革领域最活跃的因素,是打赢未来信息化战争的重要保障。增强军事技术自主创新能力,必须强化国防领域基础研究、培养创新型科技人才、完善军民结合的科技体制和注重武器装备二次开发等创新的重要着力点。

| Abstract: | Future warfare is essentially a military technology contest centering on information technology.Independent military technology innovation is not only the most active factor in military reform,but also a sound guarantee to win the future information warfare.To enhance the capacity of independent military technology innovation,it is critical to strengthen the basic researches in national defenset,o develop innovative technological talentst,o optimize the technological system by combining military and civilian resources and to emphasize secondary arsenal development. |
