宗教与现代公共治理

虽然在现代社会宗教和政治之间形成了“政教分离”的格局，但这并不意味着宗教和政治的关系完全消解。相反，宗教正日益作为一个新兴的“第三部门”在现代公共治理领域发挥着重要的作用。本文将试图从现代公共治理理论的兴起、发展及成果入手，探讨宗教介入到现代公共治理的契机，并最终落脚于宗教与现代公共治理良性互动的研究。

Religion and Public Governance

Although in modern society the ＂separation of church and state＂ pattern has formated between religious and political, it does not mean that the relationship between religion and politics is completely removed. On the contrary, religion is increasingly emerging as ＂the third sector＂ in the field of modern public management to play an important role. This paper attempts to start from the rise, development and results of the modern public governance theory, to explore the opportunity that religion is involved in the modern public governance, and eventually settle in the research of benign interaction between religion and modern public governance.
