| 摘 要： | 成人英语学习者在学习动机、学习方法等方面不同于普通高校的英语学习者。在现代远程开放教育理念下。基于建构主义认知理论以及对现有主要英语教学模式的研究和实践，从学生自主学习、面授教学环节设计、教学资源建设、第二课堂的开展和教学评价五个方面对“以学生为主体、教师为主导”的英语教学模式进行探索，以期优化成人英语教学质量，提高学习者的英语应用能力。
