摘    要:根据再造活动过程中各个阶段不同的特性,通过对冲突进行动态分析,构建出冲突管理的分析框架,提出了合理解决和运用冲突的基本对策。

Abstract:Conflict is a common phenomenon in organizations.There will be a lot of conflict in reengineering the bank.For banks to reach the full potential of reengineering the bank,top management must manage conflict effectively.According to its different characteristics in every phase,it should make a dynamic analysis on the conflict and establish the analysis frame of conflict management.Finally,some constructive suggestions are put forward for solving and using conflict rationally.
