| 摘 要： | 尼日利亚自 1 92 3年起开始探索宪政的道路 ,其间发生了多次军事政变 ,经历了一个长期曲折的探索过程。1 999年 5月 ,尼日利亚实行大选 ,重新走上了宪政的道路 ,并经受住 2 0 0 3年大选的考验 ,走出了一条较为成功的宪政发展道路。尼日利亚宪政已有 80余年的发展历程 ,代表了英语非洲国家宪政发展的成长经历。尼日利亚宪政发展的历史表明英美宪政主义对尼日利亚宪政发展有着深刻影响 ,这有助于我们更加深入地了解和研究黑非洲国家的法律制度

A Preliminary Study of the Constitutionalism Development in Nigeria |

| Abstract: | There have been many military coup d'etat since 1923 when Nigeria began to explore the road of constitutionalism, experiencing a long and tortuous course. In May 1999, there was a general election in Nigeria, helping the country to constitutionalism. It stood a severe test in 2003 election, marching out a successful road for the constitutionalism development. The Nigerian constitutionalism has a history of over 80 years, representing the growth of the constitutionalism development in the English-speaking African countries. Based on the detailed examination on the history of the constitutionalism development in Nigeria, this paper attempts to discuss the deep impact of British and American's constitutionalism over that of Nigeria, so as to help the people to understand and study the legal system in black African countries. |
