| 摘 要： | 威宁是贵州省最大的国家级贫困县。该县职业技术教育采用校校联合办学、校企联合办学模式,利用联办学校实习条件好、师资力量强的优势来弥补本校的缺陷。职业技术联办模式一定程度上缓解了贫困县职中招生困难、设备设施不齐的矛盾,又能更好地发挥骨干职业中学的优势,提高县职业教育的效益和质量。这种模式使学校既可利用企业的设备和技术力量,解决学校无实习场地的困难;同时又可以解决学生毕业后的对口就业问题。企业直接招收专业对口的熟练工人,提高了职工队伍素质。
