| Abstract: | Leftist movement in Latin America is entering into a new development stage at the turn of 21st century, which is not only beneficial to political and economic development of the Latin American region, but has extensive effect on international relations in general. Therefore, it is necessary to view the rising and further development of the leftists in Latin America objectively in regard to history under the background of the new era. |
