| 摘 要： | 人力资本存量不足及其配置的不合理,制约了西藏产业结构的升级.以高素质的人力资本为主导,培育区域内生经济增长力,应成为实现西藏区域经济跨越式发展的先导工作.在这一过程中,应将人力资本结构与区域资源禀赋比较优势相结合,充分挥行业组织作用,增强职业教育与经济的关联度,并引导就业观念,构建人力资本有效利用的社会环境.

| Abstract: | The paper makes a cointegration analysis of human capital structure and industrial structure in Tibet,points out that the change of economic growth stage needs corresponding change of human capital accumulation stage,propose new idea of interaction between human capital and industrial structure. |
