| Abstract: | Tibet as targets of building nation's ecological security barrier and security barrier,it must deliver great contributions towards the two security barriers.This paper analyzes the importance of Tibet's ecology to regional and national socio-economic development,and proposes the viewpoint of establishment and completion of Tibet's ecological compensation mechanism should be recognized as an important measure of realizing China's ecological security barrier. |
