| 摘 要： | 建国以来,高校学生资助制度经历了免费和收费高等教育两个历史阶段,跨越了从单一到多元混合资助的五个历史时期,在资助理念、资助内容和资助主体上都发生了重大变化。重新审视我国高校学生资助制度的现状,今后需要进一步转变资助理念,深化工作内容;统筹资助资源,提高资助效能;完善制度设计,实现健康发展。
