| Abstract: | A proper social mediating system is required for a modern market economy with complete system, com-plete function and quick information. With unique status, intermediary organization has important functions which the government and enterprise cant display. As bridge and link of microscopic economic subject regulating macro-scopic government, intermediary organization promotes the market economy in healthy, orderly and standard situa-tion. The overall goal is to provide theory explanation about main function of economy intermediary organization,outline some policy suggestions on government management of market and market management by market. |
