| 摘 要： | 发展就是破解难题,人类社会的每一步发展都是对当时所面临发展难题的破解,发展主体必须面对现实困境,消除现实发展的阻力包括消极性生存、长时期的传统、曾经成功的经验、竞争性主体施加的压力和各种不利于发展理想实现的现实因素。今天人类面对的发展难题更加巨大,更加困难。发展的过程就是破解各种发展难题的进程。破一难题,发展一步,破小难题,发展小步,破大难题,发展大步。

| Abstract: | Development is to break difficulties.Every step of human society development is to crack the difficulties which the human beings are confronted with.The subjectives of development have to face the reality,and eliminate the development resistances,such as passive survival,long tradition,successful experience and competitive pressure.Today,human beings are facing with even greater challenges.Once one difficulty is solved,one step of development is made. |
