| Abstract: | The article analyzed 6 main characteristics of the family planning integrated project: the inducing style to promote the family planning, the human centric conception, the stress on training the grassroots civil servants, the scientific management, the comprehensive utilization of human resources and the enhancement of self development machenism. All these will surely give significant enlightenment to China's family planning work. |
